Umirak

Umirak is a restaurant where, like a butcher shop, you select aged meats such as tenderloin, flower sirloin, striploin, rib finger meat, and salchisal at the sales counter located on the left side of the entrance, pay for them, and then bring them to the dining area to eat. The interior is spacious with many tables, and private rooms are available upon reservation. The basic table setting includes a refreshing yuzu salad, white kimchi, wild chive leaves, and lettuce ssam (wrapped in lettuce), which go well with the meat, and there is no charge for the table setting. Additional side dishes can be obtained from the self-service bar.
