Precautions

For the Admissions voucher, please arrive at the main entrance (‘Immigration’) by 18:00. After 18:00, Klook vouchers will not be available and tickets must be purchased at the Immigration(ticket office).
Camping, cooking, and setting up tent or shade is prohibited. Please help us protect our trees and lawns.
Pets less than 20KG and on a leash are allowed on Nami Island.
Pets are allowed in specific indoor areas of Gomok Restaurant, Seomhyanggi Restaurant, Swing Cafe& Bakery. Entrance to restaurants/cafe with outdoor terrace seats are also allowed.
In accordance with the government’s The Animal Protection Act, a total of five breeds and their half-breeds, including Tosa, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier and Rottweiler, are not allowed on Nami Island.
For pets other than dogs, contact the Customer Service Center in advance.
In accordance with the Act on Welfare of Persons with Disabilities, certified assistance dogs are permitted without restriction.
Luggage Storage Information: Small - Width 40cm, Height 30cm, Depth 47cm (KRW1,000) / Large Storage (Up to 20-inch luggage) - Width 36cm, Height 80cm, Depth 47cm (KRW1,500)
After booking confirmation, open your mobile voucher from email or the app and present it on-site.
