The car rental with driver service exceeded our expectations. Our driver was very knowledgeable about the local area and gave many good recommendations. The car was spacious and well-maintained. I highly recommend this worry-free day trip!

First, the beautiful scenery of Nami Island is breathtaking. Our guide, Jooho, was very humorous and friendly. Walking amidst the lakes and mountains felt like being in a dream. We also personally fed the adorable alpacas and experienced their gentleness and curiosity.

I recently had the pleasure of taking a tour led by an exceptional guide who truly made the experience memorable. From the moment the tour began, their friendly and approachable demeanor set a positive tone for the entire trip. They were not only highly professional but also incredibly patient, taking the time to answer all questions and ensuring everyone felt comfortable and engaged. Their extensive knowledge and enthusiasm for the subject matter were evident, making the tour both informative and enjoyable. JooHo was our driver and he was solid. He did recommend us doing 3 not 4 locations because its too hectic to truly enjoy it. We did the cable car, Rail bike and ended up at Nami Island which was kinda perfect. I was with my elderly mom who cannot walk so much so he said it would be hard to do some of the other things that I had initially thought of. He also took us to a very nice lunch place and was very mindful about my food allergies making sure the restaurant knew.

Our guide, Joe, was very helpful in helping us arrange for the trip. He initiated to help us take photos at every spot and took care of us really well the whole day. Car ride was really comfortable too. Great experience!

Ms. Lee gave as an amazing and safe trip. We had to extend for an hour due to traffic and was travelling with a kid but as long as the trip was safe and convenient plus the additional fee isn't that bad so all good. She even recommended a good local restaurant for lunch and it was divine. She's really assistive, helped us with everything plus she took good photos of me and my family for us to keep! She may also be a good tour guide to be honest. Hehe thank you Ms. Lee. Until the next time!
