The entire trip was very well arranged, from the pre-trip communication to the actual day's itinerary. My family felt very happy, especially with tour guide Mr. Shin's kind and meticulous care and explanations throughout the trip. He's a Korean with excellent Chinese, which left everyone with a great impression of Nami Island and Koreans. Highly recommended!

The scenery is beautiful, and the driver was polite and punctual. He arranged a comfortable itinerary for us, avoiding crowds and allowing us to see beautiful sights. The lunch he recommended was also good.

Our private tour guide made all the difference. Lan Son was very knowledgeable about each place we visited. Great tidbits of tips for each stop, which made it very helpful for our family with elderly parents. Great driver, and he spoke English very well. He was very friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend this private tour and would definitely do it again.

Our guide, Mr. Kim, contacted us two days before departure and arrived early at the hotel on the day of the tour. We arrived at Samaksan Mountain around 9:30 am. Mr. Kim took us to the cable car station, carefully explained everything, and repeatedly emphasized safety, which made us feel very secure. Samaksan Mountain has a small trail that is 823m long, offering magnificent views of layered mountain mist. The trail is flat and equipped with anti-slip studs, and we only saw Korean elders along the way, indicating a very elder-friendly environment. I recommend it to those traveling with elderly companions. Afterwards, we drove for about 40 minutes to go rail biking. The rail bike ride lasted about 1.5 hours, and it was very pleasant, immersing us in nature. Along the way, we passed through caves with different designs, which was very romantic. For lunch, we had Chuncheon Spicy Stir-fried Chicken, a famous Gyeonggi-do dish, on Nami Island.

Park Kyung-ho was very thoughtful and provided friendly service. He even made a special trip to drop us off at the entrance of the attractions, which made us feel very secure. Also, because he couldn't reach me at first, he specifically called the hotel to find us, which shows he's very responsible. The itinerary he arranged was wonderful, and his time management was excellent. He was professional and friendly, giving us a fantastic trip. He truly is a godsend for a day tour!

The driver arrived at the B&B very punctually, and the time allotted for each attraction was just right. He also informed us about traffic on the way back. The whole experience was excellent.

Because I initially filled in the wrong hotel address on the order, I thank customer service and the driver for their timely response and handling. The car charter itinerary and tickets to the suburban scenic area were all arranged, which was very convenient, and the car was very comfortable!
