Cheonbuldong Valley

One of the 10 Scenic Views of Seoraksan and a representative valley of Seoraksan Mountain, also called Seorakgol Valley. Along the valley stretching approximately 7 km from Biseondae to Daecheongbong Peak, beautiful landscapes such as Waseondae (Reclining Immortal Terrace), Munjudam (Literary Jewel Pond), Ihodam (Two Lakes Pond), Gwimyeonam (Ghost Face Rock), Oryeon Falls (Five Chain Falls), and Cheondang Falls (Heavenly Hall Falls) continue without a moment of boredom. All the finest scenery of Seoraksan is gathered here. Cheonbuldong Valley is counted among Korea's top three valleys along with Chilseon Valley of Jirisan Mountain and Tamna Valley of Hallasan Mountain. It reveals beautiful scenery in all four seasons, with the autumn foliage season being the most spectacular. The vivid autumn leaves harmonize with the奇特 rocks and strange stones around the valley, captivating the eyes of climbers.
