Ilho Jeon Miyeok

Located in Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do, 'Ilho Jeon Miyeok' features miyeok-guk (seaweed soup) as its signature menu. Miyeok-guk is a dish made by stir-frying chewy Wando seaweed in a cast iron pot to preserve it, then boiling each serving separately while maintaining a balance of flavors. In addition, the menu includes ganjang sutbul dwaeji bulgogi jeongsik (soy sauce charcoal-grilled pork bulgogi set meal), basak bulgogi jeongsik (crispy bulgogi set meal), live abalone salad, and yukjeon (pan-fried beef patties). The establishment has a food philosophy of re-examining the most familiar things in life and re-creating them from a new perspective.
