Located in Gwacheon, Bongdeok Kalguksu is a knife-cut noodle specialty restaurant that uses hand-stretched noodles made directly with a rolling pin. Before eating the kalguksu, you can add meat and vegetables separately to enjoy it in a more abundant shabu-shabu style. Starting with the shabu mushroom kalguksu or the littleneck clam kalguksu as a base, you can add your desired amount of meat and vegetables.
