Gapgi Hoe-gwan is a Korean restaurant with a 30-year tradition. In 2020, it was selected as the No. 1 Korean food master and Jeonju food master, and it is renowned for winning the grand prize at an international cooking competition. The representative menu of Gapgi Hoe-gwan is medicinal bibimbap made with 18 medicinal herbs. Served in a large brass bowl, it is generously topped with fresh yukhoe (raw beef), carrots, mushrooms, sprouts, and various other vegetables. The seasoning sauce is provided separately, allowing you to adjust the seasoning to your taste.
