In the same building, CTS Convention Hall operates as a seminar hall with an area of about 330 square meters, primarily hosting corporate events, presentations, seminars, and lectures, with a grand piano and round tables available for rent. The CTS parking lot consists of three tower systems and can accommodate up to 110 vehicles, excluding regular parking.
