Using directly boiled domestic red beans and organic flour, it produces healthy baked goods. The signature menu items of Mancheon Nature Food are healthy onion bread and walnut pie filled with plenty of walnuts. Also popular are the ice canelé with vanilla bean, the Sarreu cookie that goes well with warm coffee, and homemade sweet red bean bread.
