Andong Jeon Gol Kalguksu

Andong Jeon Gol Kalguksu is a spacious restaurant with fresh ingredients prepared. When you order the beef shabu-shabu, a basic broth with clams and handmade dumpling dough (sujebi) is served first, along with meat (150g per person), bean sprouts, various mushrooms, and bok choy. All ingredients are fresh. Once the broth starts to boil, add the vegetables and cook the mushrooms, beef, and other ingredients. There is a self-service bar where you can freely take what you need.
