World Artists' Korean Peninsula Peace Conference

Now in its third year, the World Artists' Korean Peninsula Peace Conference is being held in the year marking the 80th anniversary of Korea's liberation from Japanese colonial rule. Under the theme of 'Art Revolution,' the conference is being prepared at the Gyeonggi Arts Center, Heyri Art Village in Paju City, and the Imjingak area. In addition to various genres from domestic and international participating artists—including literature, film and video, art and photography, music, dance, theater, and traditional Korean music—a festival program encouraging the participation of ordinary citizens has also been prepared.
