Gyeonggi Rice Dessert Festa

Gyeonggi Rice Dessert Festa is an exhibition created to discover various desserts using excellent Gyeonggi rice and introduce them to consumers, thereby promoting the consumption of Gyeonggi rice and spreading a healthy rice dessert culture. At Gyeonggi Rice Dessert Festa, bakers and rice cake experts from across the country participate in the Rice Baking Contest and Rice Cake Dessert Contest, competing with new rice desserts. Consumer experience programs include baking and rice cake dessert cooking classes, and there is also a program to create happy memories through a birthday party photo zone. As a highlight, an invited exhibition of experts in pressed flower cake and butter cake will be held, offering a chance to see various cakes made from rice.
