Gyeonggi Kimchi Festa

The Gyeonggi Kimchi Festa is an exhibition created to discover various kimchi made using excellent Gyeonggi-do agricultural products, introduce them to consumers, and promote healthy kimjang culture along with the consumption of Gyeonggi agricultural products and kimchi. At the Gyeonggi Kimchi Festa, the Gyeonggi Kimchi Competition is held where kimchi experts from across the country participate to compete with new kimchi. Consumer experience programs include making your own kimchi and a kimjang sharing experience where everyone makes and shares kimchi together. A kimjang market is also prepared where various kimjang ingredients can be purchased. For attractions, there is a Gyeonggi-do Kimchi Food Master Exhibition and a Food Master Exhibition where visitors can view masters' kimchi and traditional foods. In addition, various food and agricultural specialty product sales events offer opportunities to enjoy diverse foods from Gyeonggi-do.
