From the observatory on the third floor, you can get a sweeping view of Soraepogu and the surroundings of the Art Hall. Outside, there is a cozy small stage and a relaxing rest area where you can take a leisurely break. Next to the Art Hall is a lakeside park, and there is a coastal walking path leading to Soraepogu.
