인천광역시 영종구 대무의로 464 (무의동)

Destination briefing

Why travelers stop here

Horyonggoksan, whose name originates from a legend of a tiger and a dragon fighting in ancient times, is a modest 244m mountain but the highest point on Muuido Island. On clear days, climbing to the summit offers a view of Incheon Port, the gateway to the West Sea, and Incheon International Airport, appearing close enough to touch. There is a hiking trail passing by Guksabong, Silmi Beach, and Horangbawi (Tiger Rock) leading to Hanagae Beach. Along the ascent, you can see various奇特 rocks such as Horangbawi and Bucheobawi (Buddha Rock), and enjoy a panoramic view of the West Sea and surrounding islands. Descending from the summit toward Hanagae Beach, you can walk along a forest path on the hillside above the beach, where the dazzling sea unfolds below your feet, creating a fantastic trail.
