Located in Yeonhui-dong, Cheongsong Bon-gwan Hamheung Naengmyeon is a naengmyeon restaurant specializing in Hamheung-style cold noodles, which use noodles made from pressed starch. The restaurant primarily uses potatoes, which are abundant in the Hamgyeong-do region. The dough is prepared in advance, and a chef with over 20 years of experience extrudes the noodles fresh upon order. All side dishes are made in-house, and the king dumplings are also handmade. In addition, the restaurant offers various menu items such as boiled pork slices (suyuk) and skate fish (hongeo), making it a popular local eatery.
